Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital learning materials

Because protected PDF access is delivered digitally, change-of-mind refunds will generally not be available after access or download. A refund or replacement will be considered for duplicate charges, a materially corrupted file, an incorrect product, or a verified delivery failure that cannot be resolved.

1:1 coaching

• A session cancelled by the trainer will be rescheduled or fully refunded.
• A learner cancellation more than 24 hours before the session may be refunded or rescheduled once.
• A cancellation within 24 hours, or a missed session, will generally not be refundable because the solo-trainer time was reserved.
• Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed fairly on evidence and availability.

How to request help

Use the public support channel that will be published before payments begin. Include the purchaser name, transaction reference, product or session, date and a brief explanation. Never send full card details, passwords or one-time passcodes.

Processing time

Approved refunds will return through the original payment method. The gateway or bank may need additional business days to display the credit. Any payment-provider fee treatment will be disclosed before checkout.

Mandatory consumer rights

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, quality or redress right that applies under mandatory law. If a checkout term conflicts with a non-waivable legal right, the legal right prevails.
