Digital Product Licence & Delivery

How the five premium PDF packs will be licensed, protected and delivered after sales open.

Last updated 29 August 2026

The uploaded PDFs are catalogued for future premium purchase only. They are not stored in the public website folder and no download link is active.

01

Personal licence

A completed purchase will grant the named purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal learning and interview preparation. Copyright and ownership are not transferred.

02

Permitted use

  • Read the material on your own devices.
  • Make reasonable personal notes and use concepts for your own learning.
  • Download only within the access limits displayed with the product.
03

Not permitted

  • Sharing, forwarding, uploading or posting the file or access link.
  • Selling, sublicensing, renting or bundling the material with another product or service.
  • Removing purchaser watermarks, copyright notices or access controls.
  • Using the material to train a public or commercial content system without written permission.
04

Protected delivery

After verified payment, the platform plans to create purchaser-linked entitlement and provide an expiring private download. Files may include a visible purchaser watermark. Download events may be recorded for delivery, security and licence enforcement.

05

Access problems and revocation

A genuine access problem will be investigated through the published support channel. Access may be limited or revoked for chargebacks, fraud, unlawful use or material licence breach, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

06

Content updates

A purchase covers the edition described at checkout unless the product expressly includes future updates. Operational practices and systems change, so learners should verify current institution procedures and authoritative sources.

These pages are practical launch drafts, not legal advice. They should be reviewed against the final business identity, contact details, tax position, payment providers and applicable laws before the public launch.
